| Our Italy Trip | |||||||
| We visited Italy during the summer of 2004 and took three beardies with us. It was less expensive to fly them over and back than to find a dog sitter for that long period. Alitalia treated the situation beautifully. We actually stayed in a small town in the Chianti region called Greve. Greve is about 20 kM south of Florence. We stayed in an apartment in an 11th century castle, about 3 kM from the center of Greve and frequently we walked to town with the dogs. | ||
